Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für alle Personen, die TaskMinder nutzen – egal ob mit oder ohne Account. Mit der Nutzung akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen.

TaskMinder bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Daten Dritter – zum Beispiel den Namen einer Lehrkraft – einzutragen. Wenn Sie solche Daten eintragen, sind Sie verpflichtet, zuvor die Erlaubnis der betroffenen Person:en einzuholen. Für die Richtigkeit und Rechtmäßigkeit dieser Daten sind allein Sie verantwortlich. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung, falls personenbezogene Daten ohne Zustimmung der Betroffenen eingetragen werden. Sollten Sie keine Zustimmung der Betroffenen erhalten, dürfen Sie diese Daten nicht eintragen und müssen Sie leer lassen.

Sie dürfen TaskMinder nicht nutzen, um

zu erstellen oder zu verbreiten. Sie sind selbst verantwortlich für alle Inhalte, die Sie erstellen oder hochladen.
Jede Art von missbräuchlichem Verhalten auf TaskMinder ist verboten. Es ist Ihnen untersagt, alle Arten von technischer Manipulation zu betreiben. Darunter fällt unter anderem der Versuch, Daten anderer Nutzer trotz bestehender Barrieren auszulesen, zu verändern oder zu löschen.

Wir geben keine Garantie für ständige Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit. Dennoch versuchen wir, das zu erreichen. Sollten Sie Fehlfunktionen bemerken, kontaktieren Sie uns gerne!
